California-based chain Lemonade — which does indeed serve its namesake beverage — has announced major expansion plans. According to a press release, Lemonade has partnered with KRR, a global investment firm, to help accelerate its growth. The chain — which is known for its "seasonal southern comfort food"— plans on opening 26 locations across California, Texas, and Hawaii by 2016. According to the restaurant's website, Lemonade currently has 14 outlets across Southern California and two in the Middle East.
