Chef/unibrow enthusiast Hugh Acheson and his business partner Melissa Clegg closed Cinco y Diez — their Mexican concept in Athens, Ga. — this past weekend after just 10 months in business. According to Atlanta Magazine, the restaurant's closure "comes as a surprise to many."

Acheson wrote in an email to the magazine that while the restaurant had plenty of "heart and soul," unfortunately, "the business side was lacking": "Sadly, Melissa and I have determined that it will be more fiscally responsible to close our doors than to continue on." Flagpole adds that Acheson does not know what head chef Whitney Otawka's plans are following the closure but that he "loved what she was doing."
