You know you've had far too much to drink when you mistake a jail for a bar. According to MLive, early Sunday morning an incredibly inebriated 39-year-old woman pulled into the parking lot of the Van Buren County Jail in Michigan, which she "believed to be a bar." A police officer walked up to her car and "discovered that she smelled heavily of intoxicants." The Associated Press writes that a breathalyzer test found that the woman had a blood alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit. She was subsequently arrested on drunk driving charges. A lesson for all would-be revelers: hit up the bar, but don't end up behind bars.
