Midnight Feast Premieres Tonight on FYI

Here's a preview!

Here's a look at the second episode of FYI's new culinary competition show Midnight Feast. Hosted by Chef Spike Mendelsohn (Good Stuff Eatery, Béarnaise, The Sheppard, Washington, D.C.), chef and restaurateur John DeLucie (The Lion, The Waverly Inn, New York City), and Eater's own Editorial Producer Kat Odell, the show pits chefs against each other at NYC's Chelsea Market — after dark.

Each night, three chefs are given a theme (Retro Night!), and free rein of the market. Midnight Feast's premiere episode features chefs Sebastien Chamaret (Le Comptoir, NYC), Stephanie Cmar (Stacked Donuts, Boston), and Lee Knoepple (Barcade, NYC). They will be judged on their dishes' creativity, taste, and timing. Check out the exclusive clip, above.

Tonight, check out the competition between chefs Jonathan Botta (Ducks Eatery, NYC), Michelle Ragussis (The Pearl on the Pier, Rockland, Maine), and Becca Richards (Flex Mussels, NYC).

Midnight Feast airs on FYI tonight at 10 ET/11 PT.
