Here's an endearing video from the crew behind Lucky Peach. The short — shot in the style of a silent film — follows Walter Green, their art director, on his journey around San Francisco to learn how to make a great martini. Green starts out quite challenged, serving up his co-workers drinks riddled with mistakes: Far too many olives, a garnish of a whole lemon. Lucky Peach EIC Chris Ying even deemed his "the worst goddamn martini" he's ever had. Green then heads to Alta to transform himself from an "innocent colleague to strapping barman" learning how to make a perfect gin martini with a lemon twist along the way.
