NEW YORK CITY— Chef David Muñoz (of the three-Michelin-starred DiverXO) will lead a Spanish expedition of sorts to NYC: Madrid's official tourism board is sending Muñoz, along with chef Óscar Velasco (holder of two Michelin stars at Santceloni Restaurant) and the team behind the critically acclaimed TriCiclo, to New York for a series of pop-ups and collaborative dinners.
