DUBAI— Chef Nobu Matsuhisa knows how to throw a party: The celebrated Japanese chef will fly 21 of his head chefs to the United Arab Emirates for an event promising guests a glimpse into the "World of Nobu." The festival will take place at Dubai's Atlantis, The Palm resort on October 16 and 17, promising a cocktail party, a gala dinner, and the "Global Tasting Festival" main event, highlighting dishes from Nobu locations worldwide.
