Pay Your Bill at this Paris Pop-Up by Washing Dishes

It's hosted, unsurprisingly, by a dishwashing detergent brand.

Hate cooking but don't mind doing the dishes? Consider attending the hottest new pop-up in Paris. According to the AFP, French dishwashing liquid brand Mir will open a pop-up restaurant in Paris from October 16 to 18 called Mir Restaurant. No need to bring a credit card to pay your check however: After the meal, diners will be asked to "wash a certain quantity of dishes" that is dependent on how much they ordered. For example, if someone orders the tomato gratin, they will have to wash four pieces of flatware. If they want panna cotta for dessert? They must wash a pot.

The pop-up's website reveals that the company will take over the restaurant La Bastide d'Opio in the sixth arrondissement, and reservations can now be made for parties of two to eight guests. Each day, there will be one lunchtime service and two dinner services and each service can accommodate up to 30 people. Reservations may be made online.
