Ferran Adrià to Visit Cleveland; SoFAB Museum Opens

CLEVELAND— Spanish superchef Ferran Adrià, of elBulli fame, will visit the Museum of Contemporary Art on Sunday, November 16 to usher in the new exhibit "Ferran Adrià: Notes on Creativity." NEW ORLEANS— Monday marked the opening of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum and its sister museum, the Museum of the American Cocktail. Not all of the museums' exhibits are completely installed, but it currently houses a demonstration kitchen and a gallery, while the Museum of the American Cocktail boasts exhibits of mixology's origins to the present day.
