In what's become a tradition of sorts, Stockholm, Sweden's two Michelin-starred Restaurant Frantzén filmed the plating process behind its gorgeous Winter 2014 tasting menu. Among the dishes revealed by chef Björn Frantzen and his team: tartar of reindeer with crispy onions and grated reindeer penis; horse tataki with lichens and grated frozen liver; and the recurring "Oyster '45 min,'" now served with fir tree oil, goat milk, and frozen lingonberries.
