Australian TV personality and Top Chef Masters judge Curtis Stone will open his long-awaited, menu-less Los Angeles restaurant Maude tomorrow. Eater LA takes a look inside and finds an intimate "shoebox-sized 25-seater" with homey touches like open shelving and a jar of Vegemite. There is a mix of tables, banquettes, and bar seating along the open kitchen. Maude offers only one constantly changing $75 prix-fixe, and word is when the restaurant opens it will be serving a menu inspired by citrus.
