Watch Chef Wylie Dufresne Make Drinkable Shrimp Cocktails on Fallon

Last night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon chef Wylie Dufresne of NYC's wd~50 and Alder stopped by to "do something crazy" with shrimp. Along with host Jimmy Fallon and Roots drummer/former restaurateur Questlove, Dufresne makes a literal shrimp cocktail: horseradish-infused vodka, clarified Bloody Mary mix, and skewered shrimp dusted with powdered Bloody Mary. They also made ramen, but with noodles made out of shrimp. There's awkward noodle pulling and egg-blowing. Says Fallon of the shrimp wizardry: "See, this why you're a genius. Mom, if you're watching this guy, be proud." Go, watch:
