Shook, Dotolo, and Lefebvre to Open Petit Trois Next to Trois Mec in LA

Big news from Los Angeles: chefs Jon Shook, Vinny Dotolo, and Ludo Lefebvre are opening a new restaurant next to their award-winning hotspot Trois Mec. The new restaurant will be called Petit Trois. Lefebvre tweeted: "2013 amazing year 4 @TroismecLA - THANK YOU!! excited 4 our new little baby next door @PetittroisLA."

Lefebvre's wife and partner Krissy Lefebvre tells LA Magazine that the concept and opening date for the new restaurant is still unconfirmed, but that they are aiming to open in "the first part of the year." Along with Petit Trois, Shook and Dotolo also have another restaurant on the horizon to be located across the street from their restaurant Animal. Dotolo and Shook told Eater that the earliest that restaurant would open would be in late March 2014. Stay tuned for developments.
