It's been just over three years since chef Sean Brock opened the doors at his critically acclaimed Charleston restaurant Husk. The restaurant is known for serving sophisticated food that celebrates Southern ingredients and culinary traditions. Brock opened a second location of Husk in Nashville this past May, while in Charleston the original Husk is as busy as ever. Below, Brock and chef de cuisine Travis Grimes serve a packed house at 8 p.m. on a recent Friday:
