As rumored by Eater LA last month, the restaurant and nightlife group Hakkasan Ltd is acquiring Enlightened Hospitality Group. EHG owns the San Diego nightclub Stingaree and Top Chef alum Brian Malarkey's restaurant consortium (with Searsucker locations in San Diego, Del Mar, and Austin; and Herringbone in San Diego and LA).
