It's the dawn of the era of the Magic Soufflé: New York City pastry chef Dominique Ansel's latest creation debuted over the weekend. Whether or not it will launch Cronut-level lines remains to be seen, although according to Ansel's Twitter there was quite a wait for soufflés at a Fashion Week event. Meanwhile, HLNTV has a video of Ansel explaining his new creation, which consists of a chocolate soufflé inside of a brioche. While he doesn't show the process to make one — the bakery has employees who know the technique sign a non-disclosure agreement — observant viewers may get some hints.
