The Mind of a Chef Online; Good Eats on Amazon

FOOD TV— After officially premiering over the weekend, the first two episodes of PBS's The Mind of a Chef are now available online. Both feature Sean Brock (who shares this season with April Bloomfield): the first episode sees Brock exploring "the astonishing terroir of the South" with the likes of the Lee Brothers, while episode two focuses on Brock's "journey... of searching, archiving, and reviving lost crops of the South." FOOD TVAlton Brown's long-running Food Network show Good Eats is now available, in part, on Amazon Instant Video: Food Network Gossip reports that fans can stream seasons nine through 14 (totaling a staggering 118 episodes) on Amazon, with seasons 12 through 14 free for those with Amazon Prime memberships. DETROIT— Detroit's Ford Field, home of the NFL's Lions, has upped its concessions game in a new partnership with Levy Restaurants (who handled concessions at Brooklyn's Barclay's Center). Among the local restaurants now found at the stadium: Slows Bar-B-Q, Greek fare from Pegasus, and dishes by Eastern Market veteran Russian Street Deli. [Eater Detroit]
