Keizo Shimamoto's novelty ramen burger is headed to the west coast: Eater LA reports that Shimamoto will bring his line-inducing creation to Torrance's Mitsuwa Market on Saturday morning, in a very limited quantity of 500 noodle-bunned burgers. The hamburger made its debut at Brooklyn's Smorgasburg last month, and Shimamoto writes on his blog that the bi-coastal burger was inspired by a literal dream:

A week ago I had a dream that my mom would be able to try a Ramen Burger™, not an imposter but a REAL Ramen Burger™, the same one I debuted at Smorgasburg five weeks ago. Today that dream will come true. But not only will my mom be able to eat one, my fellow Angelinos who come early will also get to try one.

Also, maybe permanent expansion plans are in the works, as the exclamatory Shimamoto wrties: "Ramen Burger™!! On both coasts!!!! What's next? Global??" The ramen burger hits the Mitsuwa Market starting at 11a.m. Saturday. Get in line now.
