Graham Elliot's New Project; Carbone's Power Lunch

UNKNOWN— Eater Chicago brings word that chef Graham Elliot is currently working on a "new project" set to open later this year. Elliot Tweeted an image of a meeting, stating the new spot will not be in Chicago. Perhaps it's one of Elliot's rumored spots in Las Vegas or Los Angeles? [Eater Chicago]

NEW YORK CITYCarbone, the Italian-American restaurant by Rich Torrisi, Mario Carbone, and Jeff Zalaznick, has announced it'll start lunch service on September 16. According to Eater NY, the menu will be similar to Carbone's dinner offerings: "Think power lunches with lobster fra diavolo and tableside caesar salad." [Eater NY]

DUBAI— Yet-another international Shake Shack location has popped up: This time, it's inside the Dubai Mall, a.k.a. the largest shopping complex in the world. The opening marks Shake Shack's third in Dubai. [EaterWire]
