Watch Jimmy Kimmel Play 'Real or Fake Fast Food Item?'

Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, host Jimmy Kimmel asked his audience to play a round of "Real or Fake Fast Food Item?" with various actual and imagined fast food dishes. The idea for the game, Kimmel says, was inspired by the Jack in the Box Jack's Munchie Meal, which includes: two tacos, french fries, curly fries, and one of four new entrees like the stacked grilled cheese burger which instead of a top bun has a grilled cheese sandwich. Kimmel wonders if "fast food restaurants are now just trying to think up hilarious new ways to kill us? Or maybe this is an elaborate ploy to lure Paula Deen out of hiding." He tests the audience with these real menu items: Glazed Donut Breakfast Sandwich (from Dunkin' Donuts, very real) and an Exploding Cheesy Chicken Sandwich, a real chicken sandwich stuffed with mozzarella sticks from Jack in the Box. The audience correctly identifies a Personal Pizzarrito and a Mac N' Cheese Beef Bowl as fake. The Pizza Cinnamon Bun is a stumper though. (Spoiler alert: it's real.) Go, watch:
