healthinspectA150.jpgA NYC "restaurant consultant" has been charged with supplying his clients with forged Health Inspection grades in lieu of actually advocating on their behalf. According to investigators, Kountis's Rapid Consulting, Inc. was hired by nine restaurants to represent them in Health Department hearings and/or appeals; in each case, Anastasios Kountis "simply gave his clients a Xerox copy of an 'A' grade," often skipping the hearings entirely. Kountis has been charged with forgery and grand larceny. [Gothamist] [Photo: Flickr]
