Colby Garrelts and Megan Garrelts of Bluestem and Rye in Kansas City have landed a new cookbook deal with Andrews McMeel Publishing. American Classics will "incorporat[e] their personal style of innovative American Cuisine, taking traditional dishes and giving them a chef's perspective."
