Week in Reviews: ZZ's Clam Bar

zzsclam150ss.jpgBloomberg critic Ryan Sutton drops a three star review of NYC's buzzy ZZ's Clam Bar, calling it one of the city's "most expensive restaurants." He praises the cocktails and several dishes, including the "ethereal flavor" of a beef carpaccio with Petrossian caviar and uni: "So call it a deal, because this carpaccio alla Abramovich, which feeds two, might easily command $175 instead of $105."
