Name Game

mopho150uk.jpgA U.K. restaurant delightfully named Mo Pho has been forced to change its name (and not because of its cheeky pun). Instead, a London-based chain simply titled Pho trademarked use of the word back in 2008, forcing the name switch based on copyright infringement. Say the Mo Pho owners: "Our biggest surprise was that trademarking the word pho was possible, especially as it's our national dish which is used widely." [News Shopper] [Photo: Blogspot]
