The owner of now-closed Vancouver, BC restaurant Two Chefs and a Table is now wanted by police for allegedly installing a hidden camera that filmed patrons and employees in the restaurant bathroom. An arrest warrant has been issued for co-owner Allan Bosomworth after a camera was discovered by another co-owner in December 2012; the device allegedly "captured footage of people from the waist down" in the "only private space in the restaurant." Bosomworth has been charged with observing and recording people "in a place in which they could reasonably be expected to be nude."

The Two Chefs and a Table location in question permanently shuttered in June of this year, though as the Canadian Press notes, its locations in Richmond, BC and an affiliated restaurant, Big Lou's Butcher Shop, remain open. Per the CP: "Bosomworth has not appeared before court to face the charges and could not be reached for comment."
