PHILADELPHIAEater Philly editor Colin Flatt waxes poetic about Marc Vetri's eponymous Philadelphia restaurant, which celebrated its 15th anniversary over the weekend. The self-described "love letter" tracks the restaurant's 15 years of accolades and counts the number of chefs that have passed through its storied kitchen: "Vetri means just as much (if not more) to the wave of homegrown talent that now runs Philly." FINGER LAKES— Chef Wolfgang Puck will soon open his first restaurant in update New York, a fast-casual outpost of his Wolfgang Puck Express. The spot will debut in October, at Farmington, NY's Finger Lakes Casino & Racetrack. [Syracuse.com]
