Over at The Bad Deal, Ryan Sutton gets his hands on the print edition of Foodie Top 100 Restaurants Worldwide guidebook (it's a list of 100 "best" international restaurants with the US side of things being handled by Gael Greene, Ruth Reichl, and Jonathan Gold).
