chicken.jpgAn Amish farm in Pennsylvania in collaboration with D'Artagnan is feeding its chickens scraps from high-end NYC restaurants like Per Se, Daniel, Gramercy Tavern, the Modern, and David Burke Townhouse. Called "Green Circle" chickens, about 220 will be served this week by chefs like Michael Anthony, David Burke, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten who says: "When I tasted it, I was like, 'Whoa.'" [NYT]
