Watch a Timelapse of Ramsay's New London Restaurant

Shouty chef Gordon Ramsay's Union Street Cafe opens today in London. It's Ramsay's first London opening since 2011, although he's been busy opening in the US over the past couple years with restaurants in Vegas and LA. Below, a timelapse video of the new restaurant's construction, which does not happen to show handsome soccer man/former Union Street Cafe partner David Beckham backing out of the project. In any case, this morning, Ramsay tweeted that the Mediterranean restaurant has already "booked 10,887 covers." Who needs David Beckham?
