Hot restaurants namedropped include BROR, Relæ, Dragsholm Castle, Kadeau, and Pony. We also learn that "gastronomes on every continent scrambling to book a table" at Amass. Never mind that the paper incorrectly says that Noma won "second place in San Pellegrino's '50 Best Restaurants' awards for the third consecutive year." Concludes the USA Today: "The New Nordic revolution is here to stay." [USAT]
