Central Colorado has experienced extensive damages due to heavy rain and flash floording. USA Today reports that at least three people have died as a result of a storm that began early yesterday morning and has sent 10 inches of rain into the Boulder area. Eater Denver is updating a list of restaurants that are closed, which currently includes Frasca Food & Wine, Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant, Drakes Haus, and more. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for Northern Jefferson and Boulder counties and has called the flooding "extremely dangerous and life threatening situation." Thoughts go out to everyone affected.
