Tim Love's Lonesome Dove Planning October Re-Opening

After an August kitchen fire caused major damage at chef Tim Love's Fort Worth restaurant Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, the restaurant has announced it's rising from the ashes: Love Tweeted yesterday that the restaurant plans a mid-October re-opening. Love writes: "Lonesome Dove is swiftly under reconstruction. Will reopen in mid October. Very excited to get my baby back!"

The timeline's on track: The morning after the August 20 fire, Love told reporters he hoped for a re-opening within 60 days.
