Chef Shuffles

mccrady150echar.jpgWith yesterday's news that McCrady's chef Jeremiah Langhorne will leave to open his own restaurant in Washington, DC, the Charleston restaurant has named Daniel Heinze its new chef de cuisine. Heinze, who has been with the restaurant since 2007 and served as Langhorne's sous chef, "is the guy you see every Saturday at the Farmer's Market." [Eater Charleston]
