Watch a Musical Remix of Bourdain's Parts Unknown

Anthony Bourdain rapping? Not quite, but this video by "audio-visual remix act" Eclectic Method splices together clips from Bourdain's CNN show Parts Unknown into a percussion-y remix featuring kitchen sounds, torn paper, and street musicians. It's impressively seamless, and features a few Bourdain one-liners, in addition to the repeating chorus: "Cognac, cilantro, pork truffle chickpeas, peanuts, lime, foie gras, cheese." Go, watch:
