seamless-grubhub-175.jpgOnline delivery companies GrubHub and Seamless have completed their combination, reports the AP. The two businesses will "continue to operate separately" but will be controlled by a company called GrubHub Seamless. Earlier this week Seamless was criticized in the press for high fees and slow payouts; it's unclear if the new hybrid company will address these issues. [AP]
