Restaurateur Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group announced a partnership with Delta that will bring food from USHG chefs to London-bound airplanes. Starting in February 2014, Blue Smoke will create "BusinessElite Express Meals" and a "signature cocktail" that will be served on Delta's three daily flights from JFK to Heathrow. Recently, USHG opened a branch of Blue Smoke in Delta's Terminal 4 at JFK. [Eater NY]
