SAN ANTONIO/NAPA VALLEY— The Culinary Institute of America will once again celebrate Latin flavors and the more-vague "Worlds of Flavor" during its two annual fall conferences. The first, "Latin Flavors, American Kitchens," is set for its San Antonio campus from October 2 t0 4; Napa Valley's "Worlds of Flavor" will fete this year from November 14 to 16 and feature presenters like Andre Chiang, Christopher Kostow, and Dominique Crenn.
