Kevin Sbraga's Get Trucked Pilot Airs August 15

Surprise: Top Chef season seven winner/Philadelphia chef Kevin Sbraga has a new pilot coming to the Cooking Channel. Called Get Trucked, the show features Sbraga attempting to rescue failing food trucks a la Kitchen Nightmares. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the pilot will feature the Foot Long Truck at the Temple University campus in Philly.

No previews are available as yet, although the fact that the Travel Channel, Spike TV and the Food Network all passed on it before it ended up at the Cooking Channel does not really bode well for the show. The Get Trucked pilot airs on the Cooking Channel on August 15 at 9:00PM.
