Eater Nashville has more details regarding chef Sean Brock's new restaurant project, the Stables at Husk. About the "Workshop Sessions" dining series he plans to launch as soon as next week, Brock tells Eater Nashville: "I've always wanted a small restaurant where I'm tasting every dish, touching every plate, talking with every guest.
