And now, a look at the cover for NYC chef Paul Liebrandt's upcoming book with Random House, titled To the Bone. According to the publishers, the hybrid memoir/cookbook will feature "Liebrandt's exploration of his culinary roots and creative development"; an except published online reveals Liebrandt referring to his life passion as "The Food" (with a capital "T" and "F").

Liebrandt's been making waves lately: Two weeks ago, he announced his departure from the Michelin-starred Corton, and just last week, Liebrandt revealed plans to launch The Little Elm, a chef's counter inside his new Williamsburg hotspot, later this month.

To the Bone, co-written by Andrew Friedman, will be released December 3.
