World saving chef Jamie Oliver talks to the Guardian about things like growing up in a pub and his family values. On his progression: "I was 23 when I started on TV and although the recipes still stand up, I was so young, jumping around the place... I've done my apprenticeship with the public now. I know that people use my recipes even if they find me deeply annoying, because I think they trust me." [Guardian]
