Michelin-starred British chef Alyn Williams will be hosting the first-ever CHEFstock this September. A different acclaimed chef will cook with Williams at his Alyn Williams at the Westbury on Tuesday nights in September beginning on September 3. The acclaimed chefs participating: Sat Bains, Simon Rogan, Bart de Pooter, and Ignatius Chan. Tickets will be £180 (roughly $280 US dollars) per person. [Telegraph]
