The Mr. Softee ice cream truck company has sued four New York City competitors whose trucks "bear a suspicious resemblance to their famed brand." Apparently one of the four alleged impostors actually displays a Mr. Softee sign with the company's cartoon ice cream mascot on the side of his truck while others use "Softee-like decals." [NYP]
