Portland charcuterie-makers Olympic Provisions have announced plans to quadruple their production space, moving operations to a 33,000-square-foot facility that once housed Tazo Tea. The new digs could increase OP's current output from 5,000 pounds of meat per day to 20,000 pounds, with plans to introduce new products like "large-format" meats, smoked meat sticks, and chicken sausages.
