Celebrated Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio will be opening La Mar by Gastón Acurio at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel. La Mar will replace Cafe Sambal, and is slated to open in December. Acurio recently shuttered the New York City location of his La Mar Cebicheria Peruana after less than two years in business. [Miami.com]
