News Corp Executive Chairman Rupert Murdoch is set to close on a Bel Air vineyard and mansion and will pay $28.8M. Dubbed Moraga Vineyards, the property once belonged to Hollywood legend Victor Fleming, director of The Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind.
