murdoch.jpgNews Corp Executive Chairman Rupert Murdoch is set to close on a Bel Air vineyard and mansion and will pay $28.8M. Dubbed Moraga Vineyards, the property once belonged to Hollywood legend Victor Fleming, director of The Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind. The property includes "vineyards and a 2,300-square-foot winery that produces about 1,500 cases a year." Also: "a tasting room and wine cave." [WSJ via Curbed National]
