In this episode, host Brandon Davenport checks out the Portland Saturday Market, Coava Coffee, and every Stumptown in town before heading over the Stumptown roastery for a private tour and a cupping with Liam Kenna Stumptown's cupper. Davenport also visits with Joel Domreis of Courier Coffee who explains that roasting coffee is "easy. If you can caramelize an onion, if you can cook a steak ... then I think you can roast coffee."
