As part of their tour of the United States, the "gastronomic society" Le Club des Chefs des Chefs convened with the American Chef Corps during a State Department reception where chefs traded war stories about cooking for their respective countries' top politicians, royals, and diplomats. Says Chinese-American chef Ming Tsai of some of his famous stateside diners: "Hillary Clinton likes sweet potatoes. Biden will eat anything." [R&K]
