Here's the All-Star Lineup for Harvard's 2013 Science & Cooking Lecture Series

Earlier this week Harvard University announced which chefs and food science types will be heading to Cambridge, MA to participate in the annual Science & Cooking public lecture series. Like last year, food geeks Dave Arnold and Harold McGee will kick off the series with a presentation together on September 9. The public lectures will be every Monday night at 7 p.m. ET through December 9th (except September 23). The notable list of speakers this year includes chefs Jordi Roca (whose restaurant El Celler de Can Roca is currently ranked #1 in the world), José Andrés, Joanne Chang, Wylie Dufresne, Ferran Adrià, and David Chang. As in years past, the lectures will be posted to iTunes and YouTube and, for the first time ever, Harvard will be offering a modified version of its Science & Cooking course as a massively open online course (MOOC) through HarvardX. Below, the schedule of speakers:
