Eater NOLA reports that chef John Besh may be opening a restaurant in New Orleans' WTC building. Besh also hosted potential neighbors at the site of his upcoming Pizza Domenica, where he hopes for "a takeout counter, bar, and seating around an open kitchen." Construction has not started yet, and Besh is still awaiting City Council approval on his plans. [Eater NOLA]
